In the event that there is a problem with members breaking the above rules, or other unforeseen problems occurring, the matters will be dealt with as swiftly as possible. We like to joke around and have fun in our Linkshell but we do not tolerate nonsense or people breaking the rules. In the event that something happens that requires actions to be taken by LS Leaders, there is an easy way of going about things.

First off if I am present for the event, I may seek the advice of other sack holders but the final decision will be mine, and in cases where people clearly break the rules or act like idiots when they clearly know this is not how they should be acting, I tend to simply boot the member, because I am not Maxavius Poppins and I am not here to babysit. Having fun and being sarcastic is one thing, acting out of line or doing things to disrupt the run is another entirely, and rather then put up with drama we will simply remove the problem from our collective. In the event that I am unable to attend the event, the matter will be taken care of by certain sack holders. Although we have several sack holders who are of fine judgment and are valued members of our shell, the issue will be handled by the three who are in the highest rate of attendance, Belmonts Forbes and Magicka. These three will confer with each other and Belmonts will take the final action. In the case where Belmonts was unable to attend, Forbes and Magicka will make the decision.

In an event where immediate action has to be taken such as someone lotting things they are not supposed to and after being warned to pass and not doing so, the sack holders will take immediate action and simply kick them from the party and beak their shells instantly. It is important to have good numbers of members but more importantly, members who know what they are supposed to be doing and do it. As stated before there are several other sack holders who would be fine with handling these matters, however a clear small leadership team has to be designated to make a fair and timely decision in the case of problems arising. Once decisions have been made they will not be undone, so while others may share other opinions, these matters will be considered settled at the decision being laid down. So please come with the intention of doing good work, having fun and helping each other and the shell as a whole.
